Staff

Crosstown Learning Center takes great pride in our staff.

We have 32 employees, which include teachers, support staff and administration. Our administration is made up of an Executive Director, and two Assistant Directors.

We pride ourselves on the education level of our staff. Our Executive Director holds a doctorate in Adult Education from Oklahoma State University; our Assistant Directors hold Bachelors in Early Childhood Education and Development and a Masters in Early Childhood Education. Our teachers hold Child Development Associates, Certificate of Mastery degrees in Early Childhood Education, Associate degrees, and Bachelor's degrees.

We are committed to the professional development of our staff. Each staff member completes a minimum of 40 clock hours per year of training in Early Childhood Education.
